Minimum Orders
A minimum order value of £100 applies to all orders. Orders below this amount cannot be accepted.
All quantities must be ordered in whole units.
Pricing
Wholesale prices are provided in the wholesale catalogue.
Recommended Retail Prices (RRP) are listed for guidance.
Prices are subject to change, but confirmed orders will always be honoured at the agreed rate.
Payment
All wholesale orders are invoiced before production.
Payment is required in full prior to dispatch.
Payment is accepted via bank transfer (details provided on the invoice).
Lead Times
Orders are usually dispatched within 7–14 working days from receipt of payment.
During busy periods, lead times may vary — I will always keep you informed.
Packaging
Products are supplied individually packaged and ready for retail display, unless otherwise stated.
Please note that colours may vary slightly due to the nature of printing and screen differences.
Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated separately and added to your invoice.
Orders are shipped from Fife, Scotland.
I am not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.
Returns & Damages
Returns are accepted only for faulty or damaged items.
Any issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery, with photographs where possible.
Due to the handmade nature of the products, slight variations are part of their charm and not considered faults.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Please ensure all details are correct before confirming your order.

Once I receive your order, I’ll confirm availability, lead time, and send an invoice for payment. Production will begin once payment has been received.
